1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and UnrealPilot ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the UnrealPilot plugin, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
2. Definitions
- "Plugin" refers to the UnrealPilot software plugin for Unreal Engine.
- "AI Provider" refers to third-party artificial intelligence services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure) that you connect to through the Plugin.
- "License" refers to the right to use the Plugin under these Terms.
- "User Content" refers to any code, prompts, data, or materials you create or input while using the Services.
- "Generated Content" refers to any output produced by AI Providers through the Plugin.
3. License Grant
3.1 Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:
- Install and use the Plugin on your development machines
- Use the Plugin for personal and commercial game development projects
- Receive lifetime updates to the Plugin at no additional cost
3.2 License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, sublicense, sell, or resell the Plugin
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the Plugin to create a competing product or service
- Share your license with third parties or multiple users (each user requires their own license)
- Use the Plugin in violation of applicable laws or regulations
3.3 License Type
One-Time Purchase, Lifetime License
The Plugin is sold as a one-time purchase with a lifetime license. You pay once and receive all future updates at no additional cost. This license is perpetual and does not expire, subject to compliance with these Terms.
4. Third-Party AI Providers
4.1 Your Responsibility
The Plugin connects to third-party AI Providers using API keys that you provide. You are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining and maintaining valid API keys from your chosen AI Provider
- All costs associated with AI Provider API usage
- Compliance with the AI Provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies
- The security and confidentiality of your API keys
- Any content you submit to or receive from AI Providers
4.2 No Endorsement
Our support for various AI Providers does not constitute an endorsement. We make no warranties regarding third-party AI services, including their availability, accuracy, or suitability for your purposes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You shall NOT use the Services to:
- Generate, store, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
- Generate content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Develop weapons, malware, or other harmful applications
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our Services
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Plugin, including all code, design, documentation, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by UnrealPilot and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your license does not grant any ownership rights.
6.2 Your Content
You retain all rights to your User Content. By using the Services, you grant us no rights to your projects, code, or other materials.
6.3 Generated Content
Ownership of Generated Content is subject to the terms of your AI Provider. Generally, you own or have rights to use AI-generated output, but you should review your AI Provider's terms for specifics. We make no claims to Generated Content.
7. Payment and Refunds
7.1 Pricing
Current pricing is displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change, but any price changes will not affect existing purchases.
7.2 Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the Plugin for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact support@unrealpilot.com for refund requests.
7.3 Taxes
Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental levies associated with your purchase.
8. Disclaimers
IMPORTANT
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will meet your specific requirements
- The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable
- Any AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
- Any errors in the Plugin will be corrected
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UNREALPILOT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES
- ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS
- ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES
- ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE
- ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT
- ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR YOUR RELIANCE THEREON
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UnrealPilot and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your User Content or Generated Content.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Plugin is revoked
- You must cease all use of the Plugin
- You must delete all copies of the Plugin in your possession
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which UnrealPilot is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for violations of intellectual property rights.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and UnrealPilot concerning the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions.
